To apply for one of our apartments, you must fill out the online registration form available on our website. This form can simply apear by clicking on this link here, and it will appear at the bottom. Ensure that you submit all necessary documents, such as a copy of your Section 8 voucher or CityFHEPS Shopping Cart. After you submit your information online, our team will review your application and reach out to you regarding the next steps. If no suitable apartment is available at the moment, we will place you on a waiting list for future opportunities.
What documents are required for completing our online registration?
To finalize your online registration, you are required to provide a copy of your Section 8 voucher or CityFHEPS Shopping Cart. Additionally, you must present proof of rent payments made to your current landlord, a letter verifying your SSI or SSD benefits, recent pay stubs, a PA budget letter, a verification of residency from your shelter, or a reference letter from your landlord, as well as photos of your pets. Please note that based on your application specifics, further documentation might be needed, so be prepared to validate your eligibility.
